Bucharest to Dealu Mare
Your wine adventure kicks off in the Dealu Mare region, where you'll visit four wineries including Ceptura, LacertA, Vitis Metamorfosis, and Crama Apogeum. Each stop includes a guided tour through the cellars and a curated tasting session. You'll spend the night at one of the wineries, so you can wake up to vineyard views the next morning.

Dealu Mare to Brașov
After breakfast, you're heading into Prahova Valley to see two major castles. First comes Peles Castle, a Neo-Renaissance royal summer residence with plenty of architectural details to take in. Then it's on to Bran Castle, which has its own legendary history. From there, you'll drive to Brasov and walk around Council Square, check out the Black Church, and wander down Rope Street. Your evening is open so you can find a restaurant or cafe that appeals to you.

- Day 3
Brașov to Sighișoara
This day focuses on seeing traditional Transylvanian life in the Saxon village of Viscri, which is UNESCO-listed. You'll tour the fortified church, watch a blacksmith working at his craft, and talk with a beekeeper about organic honey production while tasting local varieties. Later, you'll head to Sighisoara's medieval citadel to check out the Clock Tower Museum and the Covered Staircase. Dinner is a traditional meal at a medieval-style restaurant in town.

Sighișoara to Sibiel
You're spending this day on food and wine through rural Transylvania. Morning takes you to Cund Cheese Manufacture where you'll learn how they make cheese the traditional way and taste local types. Next is Jidvei Winery, one of Romania's largest operations, where you'll tour the cellars and do wine tastings of their premium selections. By evening you're in Sibiel for a three-course home-cooked dinner paired with local homemade wine and plum brandy.

Sibiel to Sibiu
Your morning starts at Corvin Castle, a medieval fortress with Gothic-Renaissance design, tall spires, and historic dungeons to explore. After that, you're heading to Sibiu for a guided walk through the Large and Small Squares, seeing the Bridge of Lies and the Brukenthal Palace. This evening you'll be back in Sibiel with time to relax after a full day of sightseeing.

You'll visit a boutique winery that specializes in Negru de Dragasani and aromatic white wines, then check out Crama Avincis, which combines modern architecture with historical elements. A premium tasting is paired with gourmet local food, and you'll have time to enjoy the peaceful wine estate surroundings afterward.
