My only recommendation is that traveling guests be given actual pin-on name tags. On this particular trip the only hotel which I "did not" like was the Shakespeare Hotel. Although the staff was very nice and accommodating, the hotel itself wasn't quaint but instead unsettling because it was so dark, the unevenness of the room floor & difficulty in finding our way around the building..
