    Communication with Europamundo left a lot to be desired both before, and during the tour. Two bus guides were excellent, others were very hands off and unorganized, leading to a multi-hour delay at Auschwitz, which caused us to miss our guided tour at Auschwitz and our evening our schedule time in Katowice. This was unacceptable.
