Over all the trip was good, I would of liked to have a little more input on selecting the hotels or options to upgrade. The communication was great.

Visited Naples and had a generally positive experience with good customer service. Transportation on arrival was punctual and well-organized, which was a relief considering how hectic and busy the city of Naples can be. The hotel I stayed at was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas. The day trips were decent, though I felt they could have been better organized. That said, the highlight of my visit was definitely the Amalfi Coast—its beauty exceeded my expectations. I only wish I had more time to fully soak it all in. Overall, a good experience with a few areas for improvement. I'd love to return someday, especially to spend more time along the coast.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 1st, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 1st, 2025, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with STM Tours LLC. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 55 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and STM Tours LLC will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "STM Tours LLC" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
