Trip date: October 2024- Gary· September 21st, 2024Good concept but poor execution. Pluses 1. Local guides were good 2. Being able to see less traveled destinations Minuses: 1. Transport guides did not meet expectations. Their driving was a harrowing experience. Their English was below par. They both were preoccupied on their phones. There was no clear schedule (ie we did not have lunch several days). 2. Accommodations were hit or miss with the worst being in Meteora ( nasty, smoky room) 3. Transport was not clear. The tour does not include accommodation in Dubrovnik. You will travel directly from Dubrovnik to Tiana, passing through Kotor. If you want to explore Dubrovnik, we highly recommend booking accommodation there before the tour starts. We will communicate with the group regarding the pickup location, which is usually near downtown (we are not picking up directly from the hotel.)
