Ha Tien to Chau Doc
Your cycling adventure kicks off in Ha Tien with a bike check and guide orientation to get you oriented. From there you'll ride along the Giang Thanh River heading toward Chau Doc, cycling through rice paddies and past scenic mountains while the Vinh Te canal runs alongside marking the Vietnam-Cambodia border. After grabbing lunch locally, you'll switch to a longtail motorboat and sampan to explore the Tra Su forest, then get back on the bike to catch the sunset before rolling into Chau Doc for dinner. The evening is yours to wander around town on your own.

Chau Doc to Can Tho
This morning starts early with a motorized boat tour of Chau Giang floating village where you'll learn how residents farm fish traditionally and visit the Cham Muslim Minority Community. After that you'll cycle to Cho Moi and Nhon My heading toward Long Xuyen, covering about 35km through villages known for incense and brick-kiln production. Lunch happens midday, then you'll relax in the support van while traveling to Can Tho. Later you'll bike roughly 25km on narrow paths cutting through rice fields, orchards, and small villages where there's a chance to taste local fruits. Note that the ride distance can be adjusted based on how you're feeling.

Can Tho to Ho Chi Minh City
After an early breakfast you'll head out on a boat to check out Cai Rang, one of the last genuine floating markets left in the Mekong Delta. A scenic cruise takes you through winding canals around Can Tho before you cycle through the jungle canopy passing Khmer pagodas in the Vinh Long area. Lunch is served during the day, and after eating you have the option to ride another 15km to Cai Be. From there you'll transfer to Ho Chi Minh City, which wraps up your 3-day bike tour.
