Itinerary
- Day 1
Fraser Valley to Kelowna
Head east through the Fraser Valley and walk to Bridal Veil Falls, where you'll move through rainforest before passing through Hope, known for its Rambo film connections. From there, you'll check out the Cascade Mountains and Lightning Lake in EC Manning Provincial Park. Later in the day, there's optional paddleboarding on Skaha Lake if you're interested, then you'll settle into Kelowna for an Indigenous-inspired dinner to wrap up.

- Day 2
Kelowna to Lake Louise
This morning starts with pastries and coffee at Frind Estate Winery in Kelowna while taking in vineyard views. You'll spend the day crossing three mountain ranges and traveling through four National Parks. If kayaking appeals to you, Lake Revelstoke offers clear waters with mountains all around. Stop at Craigellachie to see the historic Last Spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway. By evening, you'll cross the Kicking Horse Pass into Alberta and arrive at Lake Louise, surrounded by the Rocky Mountains.

- Day 3
Lake Louise to Icefields Parkway
You'll see the iconic postcard lakes like Lake Louise and Moraine Lake (depending on season). The drive along the Icefields Parkway shows jagged peaks, glaciers, and turquoise water. Keep an eye out for bears, moose, and elk along the way. Stop at Crowfoot Glacier, Peyto Lake, and Mistaya Canyon. Later, you'll reach a rustic wilderness hostel where there's a sauna, a campfire under the stars, and a home-cooked potluck dinner with other travelers.

- Day 4
Jasper National Park to Banff
Start in Jasper National Park with views of the North Saskatchewan River Valley from Big Bend Lookout. Visit the Columbia Icefield, the largest in the Rocky Mountains, and hike to the toe of Athabasca Glacier if the weather cooperates. You'll pass Sunwapta Falls and Athabasca Falls on the way through rugged terrain. End the day in Banff with dinner at Cougar Pete's Restaurant and Lookout.

Free Day in Banff
This is your free day in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, so the choice is yours. Hike around, walk through Banff town, try the local breweries and restaurants, or book optional activities like whitewater rafting, canoeing, or mountain biking. Your guide is around if you want help figuring out what to do.

- Day 6
Banff to Revelstoke
You'll leave the Rockies and head toward Revelstoke, stopping at several scenic points along the way. Check out Takakkaw Falls (if it's open), Emerald Lake with its bright turquoise color, and the Natural Bridge. Once in Revelstoke, there's optional activities at the Aerial Park or you can race down the mountain on the Coaster for some excitement. The evening is relaxed, sharing stories from the day.

- Day 7
Revelstoke to Whistler
Depart Revelstoke and travel to Whistler through rugged landscapes, forests, mountains, and clear lakes. The Coast Mountains create a dramatic setting when you arrive. Whistler hosted 2010 Winter Olympics events and has plenty to do after you settle in. Check out the vibrant nightlife with bars, clubs, and places to dance for your final night of the tour.

Landmarks Coast Mountains - Day 8
Whistler to Vancouver
On your final day, head from Whistler to Vancouver along the Sea to Sky Highway, one of BC's notable drives. Stop at the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre in Whistler to learn about local Indigenous heritage. You'll pass the Stawamus Chief granite peak near Squamish, popular for rock climbing, and see dramatic Brandywine Falls (230 feet) and Shannon Falls. Continue along Burrard Inlet with coastal and mountain views before arriving in Vancouver where the tour ends.
