      Your requested tour will end in Saigon around 5:00 - 5:30 PM. If your flight is scheduled for after 8:00 PM, that will be perfectly fine. However, if your flight is earlier than 8:00 PM, we recommend booking this tour for your private group so that we can tailor the schedule to accommodate your arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN).

      We currently have the good e-bike Trek Twitter Pro E300, which will assist you to cycle from 70 km to 120 km per day, so you can complete our daily cycling very easily. Our tour price includes the mountain bike Trek Marlin 5-2022, but if you want to choose the e-bike for this 3-day tour, the extra fee will be $60 USD/3 days. If your group is 2 people or more, we can guarantee any departure date as you request. If you are a solo traveler, you can join the departure date on January 11, 2025, with 2 or more other people. Our group size is a maximum of 10 persons to ensure your most comfortable experience during the cycling tour.

    • Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before August 15th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 15th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Vietnam By Bike. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Vietnam By Bike will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Vietnam By Bike" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
