Day one was a little long on the bikes and very hot but we talked with the guide and days 2-4 were different. Well paced time for and lots of interesting paths and changing scenery. The ferry crossings added so much interest. Bikes were good and suited to the mixed terrain. Our guide, Hai Le, is a smart, funny, warm guy who's always ready to handle any situation, has a clear vision of how to make the tour a big success, and knows where the good trails, good food and good people are located in every town. The distance is around 40-70 depending on your level. All bikes are marlin 5 model 202 with english cyclist guide along the trip. We have van along the whole trip.
