Great tour - not only did we have a fantastic time on Safari and get to see the Big 5 but our cook (Malinga), driver (Steve) and guide (Leah) were fantastic. They went over and beyond to help us see so many animals, were patient when we had any issues, and ensured I could eat all the meals (I can't have dairy or gluten). All in all a great trip for the cost. Although be warned this is 100% a rough and tough camping trip - expect zero luxury!

    Asked on October 6th, 2023

Can you tell me what is the difference between the 2 "Kruger to the Serengeti" tours?

    Tour Details
    • On The Go ToursOperatorWritten October 2023

We offer this tour in 2 different ways - camping or accommodated. Camping is in campsites based on twin share. Accommodated is basic accommodation that is often at the same campsite, or very close by - where the accommodation is composed of beds and shared facilities. It is also twin share. Which would you be interested in?

  • D

    Debra

    Asked on April 19th, 2023

What exactly is a dome tent? I would like to see a pic of a typical accomodation setting. Also, do you provide single supplement pricing?

    Accommodation
    Single supplement
    • On The Go ToursOperatorWritten April 2023

We do not have a single supplement for these safari's as everything is twin share and you might be paired up with another traveler of the same sex, of course in the event that there is no one to pair you up with you would get your own accommodation. We have attached our trip notes which include pictures of our dome tents for reference. We also offer an "Accommodated" version of this tour with a mix of lodging rooms and larger pre-made tented accommodations with beds that you can upgrade to for around $1480.
