That day was raining and even we requested to stop for few minutes to buy the umbrella as we even couldn’t hear the local guide. So sad to know that they don’t care about the tourist. Even, when we ask local guide where else we can go in the city after sightseeing, she said just Google it, I need to go. It’s so rude.Show more

The hotel choices were all near the public transportation and great accommodations with nice breakfast. it would be perfect if people in the group were considerate . Two issues really stand out: (1) The tour was really a Spanish language tour with English as an afterthought; (2) Most advertised highlights were drive by points - we never went inside the sites. Also, the selected hotels were in the middle of nowhere. It was so bad we discontinued the tour in Copenhagen and stayed in a hostel that was better than the Moxy hotel in amenities and location. Also, it was very misleading (as discussed with other participants) to find out Tourradar is a broker. From the start, all communication was poorly executed. Until the end, I lost all confidence. It was cheaper and better to use a big bus tour and stay in a hostel. Asked on April 9th, 2025Is this tour completely in English? We heard a lot of reviews for Europamundo that guides and tours are mostly for Spanish speakers and the English speakers have been neglected during the tours.
EuropamundoOperator•Written April 2025All our overland routes, in group or private, unless otherwise noted, includes the accompanying of tour leaders (English speaking) and local guides, if so specified. Due to the global nature of Europamundo, groups will be able to be bilingual according to the number of passengers, the service may be provided in bilingual (usually in English and Spanish), either accompanied by two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single tour leader explaining in both languages.

However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure. We recommend finding out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit.
