Vorab, toller Giude, tolles Team, tolle Lodge. Allerdings muss ich 2 Einschränkungen machen. Am ersten Tag musse die Mokoro-Fahrt ausfallen, da kein Wasser im Fluss war. Da kann zwar keiner etwas dafür, aber uns wurde als Erstz nichts weiteres angeboten und uns selbst überlassen. Dafür habe ich nicht bezahlt. Die anderen Tagen entsprachen die Aktivitäten ihren Beschreibungen. Anpassen sollten sie in Ihrer Beschreibung, dass es z.B. am Abend am Lagerfeuer nur ein Glas Wein gibt, wenn man ihn selbst mitbringt oder dass das Team traditionelle Geschichten erzaählt oder in Tanz und Gesang ausbrechen. Dazu ist das Team, das wirklich gute Leistung gezeigt hat, zu sehr müde - verständlich. Sie wecken aber Erwartungen in Ihrer Beschreibung, die so nicht erfüllt wurden. Ich möchte aber nochmals ausdrücklich betonen, dass es nicht am Giude (sehr erfahren und sypatisch), nicht an der Köchin (sie versteht ihr Handwerk) und nicht am Helfer (sehr fleißiger Mann) lag.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 3rd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 3rd, 2025, a minimum payment of $55 is required to confirm your booking with The Mzansi Experience. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 63 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and The Mzansi Experience will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "The Mzansi Experience" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
