Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Arrival in Ushuaia

    You'll arrive at International Malvinas Argentinas Airport and get transferred to your hotel in Ushuaia. After settling in, the rest of the day is open for you to relax or wander around the city at your own pace.

  2. Day 2

    Tierra del Fuego National Park

    This half-day tour takes you into Tierra del Fuego National Park, located just 11 km from the city. You'll walk along Roca Lake and the Lapataia River, passing Monte Susana where you can see the historic prison remains. The route also includes checking out a beaver dam before finishing at Lapataia Bay at the southern end of Route 3. Throughout the drive, you'll see lakes, lagoons, and rivers with views toward the Beagle Channel.

    Free Day in Ushuaia

    You have the day to yourself in Ushuaia. Walk around the city independently and check out whatever interests you, or if you want something more organized, optional activities are available through your hotel.

  4. Day 4

    Ushuaia to El Calafate

    After breakfast, you'll transfer from your hotel to Ushuaia Airport for your flight to El Calafate. Once you land, another transfer gets you to your hotel. The afternoon and evening are free to explore El Calafate at your own pace.

  5. Day 5

    Perito Moreno Glacier

    An early morning departure takes you on a full-day trip to Perito Moreno Glacier. You'll drive 85 km through the Andean foothills and along Argentino Lake to reach Los Glaciares National Park. On the way, watch for floating icebergs in Brazo Rico River as you get closer to the glacier. After arriving, you'll walk the designated paths and have time to observe the ice formations. Lunch is on your own (bring food or grab something beforehand). By late afternoon, you'll head back to your hotel in El Calafate.

    El Calafate to Puerto Iguazú

    You'll transfer to El Calafate Airport in the morning for your flight to Puerto Iguazú. After landing, a transfer takes you to your hotel. The rest of the day is open for you to settle in and explore the area at your leisure.

  8. Day 8

    Argentine Side

    Today you'll tour Iguazú Falls from the Argentine side within Iguazú National Park. You'll walk the upper and lower pathways to get different angles of the falls, and you'll walk right to the edge of the Garganta del Diablo for an up-close view. An ecological train runs through the park to help you cover the area. You'll head back to your hotel between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. If you want a more adventurous option, the Grand Adventure activity can be added to your tour.

    Brazilian Side

    This day takes you to the Brazilian side of Iguazú Falls at Foz do Iguazú National Park, about 25 km away. From this vantage point, you can see the waterfalls in their full scope and really grasp how enormous they are. The park covers 175,000 hectares with 275 waterfalls spread across 2,700 meters, plus the Garganta del Diablo and four Brazilian jumps. You'll also spend time exploring the subtropical forest and spotting local wildlife and plant species.

    Puerto Iguazú to Buenos Aires

    You'll transfer from your hotel to Puerto Iguazú Airport for your flight to Buenos Aires. Once you arrive, a transfer brings you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the city however you'd like.

  11. Day 11

    Buenos Aires City Tour

    A guided tour shows you the major highlights of Buenos Aires. You'll drive down 9 de Julio Avenue, see the Obelisk, and pass through Corrientes Street. Then you'll head to Plaza de Mayo to visit the Cathedral and the Cabildo (Old City Hall). From there, you'll walk through the historic San Telmo neighborhood with its colonial buildings and cobblestoned streets. La Boca comes next, known for its colorful zinc houses and immigrant history. You'll also pass through Puerto Madero, the revitalized old port now filled with restaurants and shops, before heading to Palermo with its 300-hectare woods and gardens. The tour finishes in Recoleta, where you can see the famous cemetery and the upscale bars and cafes the neighborhood is known for.

    A family with 10 members, ages between 3 to 70, Buenos Aires, Calafate, Bariloche and Iguazu. Complicated coordination and tours auitable for all ages. We enjoyed almost three weeks of incredible experiences. Everything worked perfectly, meetings at all airports, private and groups excursions. Demanding but excellent tour.
