Janice· December 2nd, 2024Had a wonderful time, Christoph our guide was wonderful with his stories and Iceland history. The Icelandic weather played with our emotions when it came to seeing the norther lights but thankfully we got to see them on our last night there. This is a place I plan on visiting again.Show moreTrip date: November 2024
Murali Krishna· April 28th, 2024Overall a nice tour. Arctic Adventures 3-day tour was very good with an outstanding guide. Not sure why you call this a 5-day tour, when it is just a 3.5 day tour. The last day Magical Auroras Tour was cancelled. Will you be refunding the amount for this tour?Show moreTrip date: April 2024

Asked on August 31st, 2025is it possible to have transfers from the airport to the hotel and vise versa? if so, what is that cost and if that is not an option would you be able to provide some insight on how to set this up? Also with lodging, do you all have to pair solo travelers together? If so, how can this be changed
Arctic AdventuresOperator•Written September 2025We do not provide additional services like accommodation or airport transfers. We'd recommend booking additional accommodation in one of the hotels. Airport transfers can be easily booked at the recommended link.

Traveler•Written September 2025I just want to confirm with this booking that accommodations are included for the 5d-- I know it mentions under "what's included" that accommodation for 4nights is, but how will I know where I will be staying in order to transfer from the airport to the hotel

Arctic AdventuresOperator•Written September 2025We only accommodate our customers for the duration of the tour. We send out the itinerary 7-14 days before the tour. Usually, we book Hotel Island Spa and Wellness hotel for the first night of the tour, however, the hotel may be changed due to availability issues.

The average age of our guests ranges from mid-20s to late 50s, fostering a diverse and engaging group dynamic.

Arctic AdventuresOperator•Written February 2025We recommend the Flybus service for transfers between Keflavík International Airport and Reykjavík. A one-way ticket costs approximately $30 USD, and the buses are scheduled to align with flight arrivals and departures for your convenience.

Traveler•Written January 2025I was trying to make the booking and I saw that it's possible to rent a jacket and pants. I will be travelling with my father and he's interested in renting these items. Is the price mentioned of 17 Euros for the whole duration of the tour (from 09.03 to 13.03) or just for specific days/activities? Also, are all the size available?

Arctic AdventuresOperator•Written January 2025Yes it is possible to rent waterproof jackets and pants. The sizes we have are european unisex S to XL. You can add them in the booking process or later. Rented items are for the whole duration of the tour.

Asked on September 17th, 2024Can you let us know about the travel times between different locations and whether it is by car or van. How many people in the tour. Do you recommend any changes (if possible) with two kids (12 & 14).
Arctic AdventuresOperator•Written September 2024The tour travels by minibus, accommodating up to 18 people. With two children (ages 12 and 14), the itinerary is family-friendly, though I suggest packing items to keep them entertained during longer drives. The tour offers breaks for sightseeing and relaxation, which should help manage the journey comfortably.

Traveler•Written September 2024Can you please let me know the travel times by minivan on each day separately? How do you compare this tour with the 5 Day - Snaefellsnes, South Coast and Northern Lights tour?

Asked on September 6th, 2024Need some help with the prices. So my clients are 2 families. 1 family has 3 adults +1 child of 7 years and the other family are 2 adults with 2 kids aged 4 and 10 years. What will be the total cost? I tried to fill in the details but the child field only allows for kids from Age 8-15. How to find the cost of kids aged 4 and 7.
Arctic AdventuresOperator•Written September 2024Unfortunately, there is a minimum age requirement of 8 years old for this tour, and, unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions in this regard.
