- JFJohn· April 3rd, 2025The trip leaders on both sections of the tour were well informed and took us to everything we had expected to see. Especially on the 3 day tour section, he was able to flex the trip based on weather expectations to show us the best that could be seen given the weather at the time. The pace of the trip was exhausting (12-14 hour days), but totally worth itShow moreTrip date: March 2025
- MKMarihiam· January 13th, 2025Hi, I did not receive the waterproof pants as expected and was required to rent hiking boots at the glacier site, which I had to pay for separately. Please find attached a copy of the receipt for your reference. The waterproof pants provided to me were size XL, which I could not wear as I had ordered size M. When I raised this issue, with the tour guide and he responded rudely and dismissively, stating that it was not his responsibility to address the problem. Additionally, I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the guide for my three-day tour, BJ. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. He yelled at me in front of other passengers, refused to assist me, and arrived late to pick me up, despite the fact that I was waiting at the designated bus stop on time. He picked up other passengers from the same tour but incorrectly stated that I was not part of that group. Subsequently, he returned an hour later to collect me. On the final day, he dropped me off at the wrong hotel and insisted that I walk back to the correct location on my own as he said it would be ‘quicker’. It was still over a km away in heavy snow and with my luggage.. I have video evidence of this incident if you would like to review it. Ultimately, the company directed him to return and drop me off at the correct hotel, which he did. In contrast, I would like to commend Rocky, who was my guide on the fourth day. He was exceptional—knowledgeable, kind, and professional. His excellent service made a significant difference to my overall experience.Show moreTrip date: December 2024

- Resha· October 4th, 2021My family and I had the most HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE WITH DAVID, one of the tour guides. He was extremely RUDE, MOODY, IMPATIENT with our group. 1. On asking him to help clean our goggles before going in the water (since the whole point is to see clearly, right?), he muttered under his breath and was visibly mad. 2. He told my parent, also part of the group, that "[my parent] lied about knowing swimming" merely because my parent was not an "expert snorkeller". 3. We reached the tour site at 10:27 am and the instructions mentioned getting there before 10:40 am but the minute we arrived, instead of (pleasantly) greeting us, he started with blaming us for being late. 4. At the end of the tour, when my sibling wanted to add more sugar to his hot chocolate David said, "gosh you're so demanding" (and it was def not in a joking tone). 5. While wearing on and taking off the wet suit, there were times where he would say "I'm not going to be doing all your work for you, what are you like 5?" and then the next second if we'd begin taking off the next part of the suit, he would SHOUT across the area and say "stop doing it yourself, these suits cost ____". Like where is the consistency? How is the customer supposed to know what to do with NO PRIOR INSTRUCTIONS on taking off the suit. These are just a few of the things that made our experience so AWFUL; I could go on and on about just HOW APPALLING THE EXPERIENCE was by listing other incidents with David. Feel free to direct message me if you'd like a lengthy version of the horrid time we had because of David. What made it such a below below average experience was also the fact that not everyone is an expert snorkeller, we're there to learn, enjoy and return with great memories but even after paying so much and undergoing this type of treatment, I will say I would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND TROLL EXPEDITIONS. There are 2-3 other tour companies that offer the same service so definitely check those out instead. You're welcome in advance! :)Show moreTrip date: August 2021
