- Day 1
Tangier to Chefchaouen
You'll get picked up from the port, airport, or where you're staying in Tangier. The day starts at Cap Spartel and the Hercules Caves before heading inland through Tetouan and the Rif Mountains. From there, you'll reach Chefchaouen, the blue town, where you can walk around Uta Hammam Square and the medina. There's time to see Ras El Ma waterfalls and explore on your own before heading to your accommodation for the night.

Chefchaouen to Fes
Spend your morning in Chefchaouen at your own pace, checking out the town however you like. Around midday, you'll head toward Fes with stops at Volubilis, the ancient Roman ruins, and Meknes, a historic city with its own character. By evening you'll be settled into a riad in Fes Medina for the night.

Fes
After breakfast, a guide takes you through Fes's history for the full day. You'll see the Al Quaraouiyine Mosque and University, the South Tower, Pottery Village, Nejjarine Square, and the Royal Palace. Later you'll walk through the Tanners' District and Jewish Quarter. The afternoon gives you free time to wander the medina on your own before another night in Fes.

Fes to Sahara Desert
From Fes, head southeast to Ifrane, known as the Lion City, and look for monkey troops in Azrou near the Cedar Forests. The route continues south through the Atlas Mountains, passing through Midelt, Errachidia, and Erfoud. Later in the day you'll get on a camel to trek across the sand dunes, reaching your desert camp just before sunset. After exploring the dunes and having dinner by the campfire with local music, you'll spend the night in a private desert tent.

Sahara Desert to Ouarzazate
Wake early to watch the sunrise over the desert, then have breakfast before driving to Ouarzazate. Along the way, you'll stop at Todra Gorge, Kelâat M'Gouna, and Amridil Kasbah. By evening you'll have dinner and settle in for the night in Ouarzazate.

Ouarzazate to Marrakech
This morning covers Ouarzazate, known as Moroccan Hollywood, where you can learn about movie filming locations that brought the town fame. Then you'll visit the Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with significant historical value. The drive continues over the Tizi n'Tichka Pass at 2,260m elevation before descending into the plains. You'll arrive in Marrakech by early evening and get dropped off at your accommodation.
