The itinerary gives you a chance to see a lot of Morocco, but you never feel like you’re racing around just ticking off the sights and hurrying to the next stop. The pace is perfect. The camel ride in the dunes was spectacular. We paid a little bit extra to stay on the Sahara in a yurt overnight, and that was truly amazing. Ali was a wonderful host on the tour, his English is perfect and we enjoyed his humour and stories and informative insights into Moroccan history and culture. All the riads he booked us into were very good. Ali is also an excellent driver which gave us peace of mind, as he expertly navigated the sometimes chaotic traffic.Show more

Each destination had its own magic— wandering the blue streets of Chefchaouen, exploring ancient Roman ruins in Volubilis, and watching the sunrise over the desert dunes after a camel ride. One of the unexpected highlights was feeding wild monkeys in the cedar forest — such a special and joyful experience! 🐒 Be prepared: there is a lot of driving involved, but it’s absolutely worth it. The scenery constantly changes — from lush green valleys to rocky mountains and endless desert — and every view feels like a postcard. Ismail and Marwan were our driver and guides and they are terrific young men. We were the only 2 people on the tour and it was really appreciated that they are still prepared to do a tour when there is only 2 people. We saw a lot over our 6 day tour and certainly feel like we got a great taste of Morocco. A highlight was having lunch in Ali and Ismail’s family home a lovely meal cooked by their Mum. We had to stay an extra night in Marrakech and even though the tour ended the day before, Ismail came and picked us up to take us to the airport as a gift. He won't be able to ride the camel or go ATV. Is it possible for us to still enjoy all your are offering with the exception of him and a person to go through car instead?

Yes, absolutely, we can make this tour work perfectly for your family. Since it's mainly a road trip across Morocco, your son will be in the car most of the time. You will just need to take full responsibility for moving him during hotel check-ins and walking tours. Some places, like Chefchaouen and Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, are built on hills or uneven ground, but our guide will always help you find the easiest and safest path possible. In Fes, it's much smoother and easier to navigate, so that part will be more comfortable. We can also arrange a car ride instead of the camel ride for him in desert, with an additional cost of 65 USD.

Each family or group will have their own private room (double or twin, depending on your preference). For children aged 2 to 10 years old, we offer a 50% discount when sharing a room with two adults.

Your luggage will remain safely in the car during the day trips, and at each accommodation the hotel staff will assist with carrying it in and out for check-ins and check-outs. The group tour officially starts at 9:00 AM from the travelers' hotel in Tangier. Since your flight arrives around 12:30 PM, we recommend spending that evening in Tangier to rest and explore the beautiful Medina before beginning the tour the next morning.

Yes, we have availability for the 6-Day Tour from Tangier to Marrakech, departing May 4 and arriving May 9, 2025. Pickup in Tangier will be at 8:00 AM from their hotel or riad. We recommend staying near the Tangier Medina, great options include Kasbah Rose, Riad Mokhtar, or Saba's House. Drop-off in Marrakech will be at the hotel of their choice, typically around 7:00 PM on the last day. The trip finish in Marrakech, but we provide extra actvivities that fills your expereince in the red city, we offer: 1/2 day walking tour of the medina: Extra 50 USD. Hot balloon air over the palmgroves of Marrakech: Extra 190 USD per person. Day trip to essaouira (the coast): Extra 70 USD per person.
