The hotel staff was very helpful. They helped us with an excursion on the last day. We hardly had any contact in Lima, as we arrived very late and were leaving very early.our guides very friendly. The drivers were always on time and guided us very well. Our transfers from the airport and to the hotel were great. Very grateful. Excellent guides, they took wonderful souvenir photos for us. The food was very good in a relaxed atmosphere. Elias and our Machu Picchu guide went the extra mile. Very grateful.

Hola Lima Tours, I want to share our opinion about our wonderful experience in Peru at the end of 2022. My wife and I, along with approximately 20 others were touring Cusco, Lima, Machu Picchu and everything in between as an extension of a Celebrity Vacations tour. We were welcomed and led for about four days by Percy Yucra. First and foremost, his command of our language and extremely welcoming smile just put everyone at ease. Next, as he conveyed information about Peru's history and people and guided us with frequent examples and informative facts, we felt we were being personally led by the most caring and personable guide we could ever wish to have. As we visited museums, churches, historical sites and various areas, we learned and enjoyed our time immensely. Unfortunately, at the end of our time in Lima, the airport accident forced everyone into a bit of chaos, as all plans for departure were cancelled and changed. With so many clients and so many itineraries in his care, Percy methodically and caringly took over every single person's situation and saw it through to solution. He had to be stressed with so much responsibility, but no one would have known, since he remained "rock steady" and calm. In summary, Percy built our Peru experience to a vacation of a lifetime and then followed-up with the most competent handling of our "emergency" in departure. Lastly, in addition to his professionalism and competence, Percy will remain one of the nicest and most accommodating/caring people we have met in decades of traveling. He is a gem in every sense and would be a quality addition to any tour-oriented business. We highly recommend him! Best Regards, William and Brenda Schaaf Golden, Colorado USA

Do Lima Tours provide the option of being partnered with another solo traveler in the group in order to get the double occupancy rate?

    • LimaToursOperatorWritten March 2025

We do not provide that option for solo passengers, due that this is not a group departure. You will have private transfers from/to each airport, the excursions are shared with other passengers travelling with LimaTours too. That's why we do not offer the option to share with other passengers.
