As a solo traveler, I felt well looked after and above all safe. The possibility to contact a travel consultant from the local agency via WhatsApp during the trip is great. I was in constant contact with Emilia. She kept me informed about the transfers, responded immediately when I was directed to the wrong hotel, checked me in for the flights, sent me my boarding passes and even withdrew money with me personally from the ATM. There was also a gift from the agency. Very special thanks to them !!! I actually booked 3 star hotels, but I got 4 stars (the hotels were all great) and on Bali it was a private trip. I only traveled with the guide and the driver. It couldn't have been better !!!!Show more
