Itinerary
- Day 1
Casablanca to Ait Benhaddou
You'll leave Casablanca and drive toward Marrakech, climbing through the High Atlas Mountains by way of the Tizi-N-Tichka pass. The landscape shifts as you gain elevation, and you'll stop at the historic Telouet Berber village to walk through the kasbah and see how people lived in this mountainous region. Later, you'll reach Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO site with clay buildings that sit on a hillside overlooking the valley. Spend time wandering the narrow streets and taking in the architecture before settling in for the night.

- Day 2
Ait Benhaddou to M'hamid
Starting out, you'll cross the Tizi-n-Tinffift pass and enter the Drâa Valley, where fortified villages and gardens line the route. The road takes you through scenic terrain with stops at several points along the way. Around midday, you'll grab lunch in Zagora, then head to Tamgroute to see the pottery workshops where artisans work with clay and traditional techniques. By evening, you'll arrive at the M'hamid bivouac nestled in the first dunes and settle into your comfort tent for the night.

- Day 3
Chegaga Dunes
You'll start the morning with a one-hour camel ride, then switch to a 4x4 vehicle for an expedition across sand tracks heading toward the Chegaga dunes. Lunch happens in the shade under palm or tamarisk trees, giving you a break from the heat. In the afternoon, you'll climb the highest dune to catch the sunset from the top, watching the colors change across the sand. After that, return to the bivouac and spend the night in the dunes.

Landmarks Chegaga Dunes - Day 4
Chegaga to Ouarzazate
You'll depart Chegaga early and drive across sandy tracks, passing by Lake Iriqui and the dried Drâa riverbed. The route continues through Foum Zguid and Taznakht with several stops to see the landscape and local areas. By late afternoon or early evening, you'll reach Ouarzazate, where you'll settle in for the night after a full day of driving and exploring.

Ouarzazate to Casablanca
The morning includes a tour of Ouarzazate itself, the kasbah, and the movie studios in the area. After lunch, you'll drive north toward Marrakech, crossing back over the Tichka pass and retracing some of your earlier route. From Marrakech, the drive continues to Casablanca, and you'll arrive in the afternoon, ending your trip along the coast.
