- Day 1
Cairo
You'll arrive at Cairo International Airport where your tour manager meets you and handles all the arrival logistics. An air-conditioned vehicle takes you to your hotel, and after checking in you'll review the itinerary to confirm all tour times. A welcome drink waits for you at the hotel.

Cairo
After breakfast, your personal guide takes you to Giza Plateau to see the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus along with the Sphinx and Valley Temple. You'll have lunch at a local restaurant, then head to the Egyptian Museum. Later in the day you'll walk through Coptic Cairo, visiting the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue.

Cairo to Luxor
You transfer to Cairo Airport for a domestic flight to Luxor, where you'll meet your guide and head to your 5-star deluxe Nile cruise ship. In the afternoon, guided tours take you through Karnak and Luxor Temples on the East Bank. You'll return to the ship for afternoon tea and dinner.

Luxor West Bank
After breakfast, you head to the West Bank of the Nile for guided tours of the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir El Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon. Back on the ship you'll have lunch and afternoon tea while sailing through the Esna Lock toward Edfu. Dinner is served on board.

Cairo to Alexandria
After breakfast, you transfer to Alexandria, Egypt's second capital. Your day includes visiting Qaitbay Citadel (built in the 15th century by Sultan Qaitbay on the ancient lighthouse site), the new Alexandria Library, and Pompey's Pillar (constructed in honor of Emperor Diocletian in the 4th century). You'll also explore the Roman Catacombs carved into rock. Lunch happens at a local restaurant before you return to Cairo.
