Asked on May 15th, 2025What time do we need to meet each day to start the adventures? I saw the first day it starts at 7:15AM but didn't see the other times listed. I'd like a more detailed information about this package.

Activities start early in the morning to have as much time at disposal to see the cities included in the itinerary. The schedule of each departure depends on many factors but as general information you can consider that departure from hotels in the morning is always at 07:30/08:00 approximately.

Debbie
Asked on March 5th, 2025What hotel should I stay at or where is the meeting point to begin the tour? Should I arrive in Rome at least 1 day before the tour in case of delays?
- Carrani ToursOperator•Written March 2025
In this case, you will need to consider one night before and one night after the tour in Rome. On the first day, the tour departs at 7:15 AM from the meeting point at Hotel St. Martin in Rome. On the last day, the tour ends at approximately 5:00 PM, with drop-off at the same hotel in Rome.

Debbie
Traveler•Written March 2025If the trip starts Tuesday 7:15AM, I would have to arrive at Rome Monday morning and stay at overnight at Hotel St.Martin so I can be picked up Tuesday? Then check out of the hotel Tuesday because we will be staying somewhere else overnight? When the tour concludes should I make another booking to stay at Hotel St.Martin?
- Carrani ToursOperator•Written March 2025
The tour departs on Mondays, so you would need to stay in Rome on Sunday night before the tour begins. We recommend staying at Hotel St. Martin for the pre-tour night, as the tour departs from this location. At the end of the tour, if you wish, you can stay at Hotel St. Martin or choose another hotel in Rome. However, if you move to a different hotel, the transfer from St. Martin hotel to your new hotel would be at your own expense.
