Asked on August 22nd, 2025Can you provide more details as to the specific Rome departure and arrival locations/hotels and times? This can aid us in determining a suitable hotel for our pre and post tour stays, hopefully close to the central Rome train station. Also, we have some among us who have dietary restrictions/allergies. How do you handle this for provided meals? Can you also provide us with the planned hotels in Florence and Venice that we would stay?
Carrani ToursOperator•Written August 2025As a reference, you would likely stay in Hotel Raffaello in Florence (or similar) and BB Laguna in Venice (or similar). In Rome, the tour starts on March 16, 2026, from Hotel St. Martin, and if you wish, you can book the night before directly with us at this hotel. It is conveniently located near the central train station, making it easy for your pre-tour stay. Regarding dietary restrictions or allergies, there is no problem. Please let us know in advance, and we will inform the hotels so they can accommodate your needs.

Pre and post tour nights can be offered, but rates are not commissionable. Cost is 325 eur per night per room in Rome. Hotel category upgrade is possible in Venice for an additional 599 eur per person.

Weather in Italy in November marks the start of advanced autumn, with cooler temperatures and an increase in rainfall. Temperatures in Rome range from 7°C to 17°C, Florence from 6°C to 14°C, and Venice from 4°C to 13°C. Pack warm, waterproof clothing. The Leaning Tower of Pisa is not included in the standard itinerary but can be an optional excursion. Sistine Chapel and Vatican City are not included in the 5-day tour. Partner hotels can offer vegan or vegetarian options if requested in advance.
