She regularly checked in on us and also went out of her way to have some gear we had left behind returned to us. The itinerary itself is wonderful - memorable hikes. The guest houses are comfortable and with spectacular views and having the transport logistics all taken care of is immensely helpful. I highly recommend this tour for any hikers keen on an independent experience but want to reduce the stress of arranging all the logistics. The food was really good too (dinner is not included, but available at the guesthouses we stayed in). The self-guided hiking tour was well organized, all we had to do was walk ;).
