Puzzled as to why this tour is identified as sharing a room when this is a camping trip. Does this mean sharing a tent?

The guest can join the tour as a solo traveler, and will have a tent to himself. There is no single supplement fee for backpacking tours. Vehicles can be parked at Curry Village, and we recommend arriving a bit early.

I'd like to sign up for this trip as a solo traveller, but the form will not let me. I see that there is only one spot available, so I am not sure what the issue is.

Unfortunately, the High Sierra Loop running July 2-6 is no longer available. We are working to update the website with these changes. Do you have any flexibility with your travel plans? We do have space on our August 7-11 High Sierra Loop backpacking trip!

We really enjoyed our hike through the Presidential Range in NH. The trip was well organized and the our guide Sean was excellent! We could not have asked for a better guide. He was very informative on what to expect each day as well as extremely patient with all of us. We learned so much from him as we travelled from mountain to mountain and would highly recommend Sean and Wildland Trekking if considering a hiking trip. Sean - we can't thank you enough for making our hike a such wonderful and memorable experience and one that we will always remember.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 24th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 24th, 2025, a minimum payment of $460 is required to confirm your booking with Wildland Trekking. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Wildland Trekking will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
