  Everything efficient and on time. Communication good. Day trips easy and interesting and full of amazing sights. Good guides and hotels, except you should warn people that Ushuaia hotel is impossible to walk to with luggage--take cab from bus station. Very well organized tour.

  My tour of Patagonia, spanning both Argentina and Chile, was absolutely incredible. Every aspect was well-organized and truly unforgettable—not only because of the breathtaking landscapes but also thanks to the exceptional guides, skilled drivers, fantastic accommodations, and delicious food. The free days allowed for the chance to embark on remarkable hikes of your choice. Totally recommend this adventure!

  Just wanted to check back in and let you know about our wonderful trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hike and rafting in Ushuaia and the hiking in El Chalten and Torres del Paine were a couple of the highlights. The hotel locations were all very good. The hotel in Punta Arenas was probably the least favorite. It was a little more run down but the location was good. We were very happy with the Hotel Loreto in Santiago. It's location was excellent for walking out to sight see and dine. If you don't use it regularly I would recommend it be one you do use. We enjoyed the knowledge and enthusiasm of the tour guides you had us with. All the tours and activities we were part of gave us a great sampling of Argentina and an appreciation for how big it is. We would certainly do the trip again ! Thanks and have a great new year,

  I would like to thank you and the team for the perfect organization , coordination , hotels and trips chosen and responsiveness in case of need . We enjoyed the trip very much and we shall recommend you to all our friends. My highlight of travelling with you was the commitment . The most impressive site was El Calafate with its Glaciers. The best Hotel was Las Torres in Torres del Paine and Casa Sur in B.A , But all were very good. Our favorite excursions & guides were the one in Torres del Paine and in Ushuaia. Regards, Danny

  There were probably a number of highlights. In terms of the actual arrangements, the ease of having most of my travel and hotel bookings completed without having to concern myself with them was a highlight. In terms of the actual trip, I really enjoyed the hiking at El Chalten and the one day that I hiked to Mt Fitz Roy was the highlight for me. The hotel in El Calafate (Kau Yatun) was the best one of the trip. Very comfortable, good service, good restaurant and nice location. As mentioned above, it was not an excursion, but the hiking in El Chalten was my favourite. However, at El Calafate, I booked an additional excursion to Estancia Christina on my one free day, and that excursion was great.The guides were all good. I think the guide from El Calafate who did the Perito Moreno glacier tour - I think her name was Danielle - was great, very friendly, helpful and professional.

  Our trip ends today when we board the plane for Buenos Aires. We enjoyed our calafate and Iguazú visits and would like to thank you for your service. We would be glad to share some of our assessments The airport transfers were all good. We didn’t wait and that prompt pick up gave us a good sense of security in an new place. The hotels at Calafate and Iguazú were superb. Weskar was also okay but too small for a party of three. Nonetheless, weskar service was good. On the tour guide, they were all good. But the it would have been better if we were properly advised on all payments to the park. Perhaps, this advisory can be included in the day to day itinerary to prepare on the cash we needed to bring cuz natales isn’t too friendly on credit cards. Clothing advisory - the advisory on calafate and Ushuaia were okay. But the Iguazú side can be better cuz we were not prepared for raincoats - which were a must to visit the cataratas. The 24-hour service of Say Huque was excellent. It was very helpful whenever we needed clarifications, or inquiries of our travel. One suggestion: Best to include all entrance fees to the parks in the cost. It would be less hassle cuz of currency exchange issues. Again, thanks for your service. We look forward to future relationships

  Most of the tour was well planned and executed. We enjoyed seeing the Perito Moreno Glacier, viewing Mt. Fitz Roy and walking among the Penguins in Beagle Channel. Transfers were well planned. The trips in Ushaia that didn't have transfers were within easy walking distance of our hotel. The one snag was the hike to Torres del Paine. The day before that hike started early and ended with a long bus ride from Torres del Paine National Park back to Puerto Natales which was made longer since we had to deliver one participant to an out of the way hotel. The day of the hike started early once again and required a long bus ride back to Torres del Paine National Park. We decided we were not ready to spend that much time on another bus and decided to forgo the hike. Our request for a refund for the hike was denied though we thought this was the one situation where poor planning interfered with our enjoyment of the activities.

  Our favourite excursion was Big Ice Trek, it was amazing! We shall mention Joci at Lago Grey Hotel, was an amazing guide. Overall things went very smoothly, but when we had an issue with an excursion and never received a answer/response from your 24 hour emergency hotline that was a little disappointing.   La Yegua Loca in Punta Arenas was outstanding: the rooms were very special and the onsite restaurant was really excellent. Also the staff was really helpful. The least favourite hotel was the Altos Hotel in Ushuaia - the view from the hotel was great but it was simply too far out from the city. My favourite excursions were the ones in Argentina (Ushuai and El Calafate). The Argentinian guides were in both cases very knowledgeable and made sure that every participant felt safe. Even though I did not want to do the mini-trekking on the Perito Moreno glacier in the beginning it turned out that it was the highlight of my trip. Actually it is an experience you can only have in South America and I was very glad that I changed my mind and went on the excursion on the glacier. I was surprised that everything was so well planned. I thought that my trip was quite complex and there was not a single time where something went wrong.
