Lorraine and I want to thank you for having put together such a marvelous vacation for us. We were amazed that so many connections and pick-ups were perfectly organized so that everything went so smoothly including all 5 internal flights. We enjoyed all the activities and all the hotels. We trekked to the base of Fitzroy and to the base of the Torres in Torres del Paine. We thoroughly enjoyed all the guides and all the towns and cities we visited. We saw some of the most beautiful landscapes we have ever seen and felt that everyday was an adventure. We are home now and already miss Argentina and Chile. Thank you again for a truly memorable experience, Bob MacKenzie and Lorraine Chiappetta

Our highlight was the Las Torres program - it was awesome and we are so glad you suggested this to us. Our favourite Hotel was the Las Torres Hotel. Our favourite excursion was the Argentine Polo Day - we highly recommend this company. Also our ice guide on Hielo y Adventura mini trekking was very good. Ushuaia was great!

We had an amazing time in Argentina/Chile and many thanks to Say Hueque for arranging most our transfers and some of our hotels. Our couple friends used Say Hueque for their Argentinian travels and recommended it to us, this made us to choose to work with you. We also do not know much about Argentina and we are not to familiar with Patagonia (which is the main purpose of our trip) and needed some help in transfers and excursions. The highlight of our trip was definitely Patagonia and Iguazu falls. Patagonia, in particular, Torres del Paine is just absolutely spectacular. The hotels we stayed in all had a different vibe and character to it, which we liked. The transfers between towns, airports and excursions went all smoothly. Our favorite hotel is Torres del Paine, Las Torres. It´s a little fancier than the others but homely and cosy at the same time. Its location, right in the park was just so stunning, having to wake up in the mornings to the sight of the park was just wonderful. The hosteria we stayed in El Chalten was also lovely, small but homely and cosy. We chatted and met quite a few people, I guess thats the beauty of staying in a quaint hosteria! Also loved the mountain refugee in the woods we accidentally stayed in ( this was suppose to be the Eco Domes but nevertheless we had an amazing time), it was so tranquil and quiet. Great to get away from connectivity some times. The iguazu excursion was superb, great tour guide very informative. Both excursions at the Perito Moreno glaciers, one which was included in the package and the other mini trek up the glaciers, were wonderful. But I must say the excursion from El Calafate to Torres del Paine is the winner! Absolutely wonderful tour guide, very attentive and always making sure we are fine especially at the border controls. Humorous and love listening to his exceptional knowledge in the geology of the park. So all guides were wonderful but the Torres del Paine one is the winner. We were so glad that we took the bus to Mendoza as the bus ride was absolutely terrifyingly gorgeous, cutting through the Andes mountains. We didn’t expect it to be a highlight but we are so glad we did it. It was such a beautiful ride and we got amazing seats right up front! We noticed that we could have gotten in earlier connecting flights so maybe next time, if you can give options of flights on the day of flying and we can make our choice based on our schedule say if we rather pay a little extra but will leave a little earlier. Its similar to the options you gave us for hotels, you can also give us for flights. And to ask where we will also need baggage allowance for the flights. But in all, we had a unforgettable time and left with wonderful memories. Thank you to all three of you!

Hi Tina,We are well thank you and trust you are too.We certainly enjoyed our trip to Argentina and Chile, and would not hesitate to recommend Say Hueque. We choose Say Hueque due to its prompt feedback and attention to detail. Our favorite hotels were Gray Lago and Altos Ushuaia. Our favorite excursion was Tierra Del Fuego & Torres Del Paine. Scenery and expert guides. If I need to mention the best guides were Matheus @ Huellas der Sur & Joachim @ Canal fun.I had only two comments I would like to say: Mirador Del Lago Hotel rooms and linen were looking old. Altos Ushuaia Hotel was substandard for our level of travel. All the rest was great!

I will use you again when planning my next trip to South America. The highlights of working with you were the exciting itinerary, I found it confusing to plan South America so I was relieved to see this plan . I travel a lot and hotels are important to me . I spend lots of time looking at the choices and all of them were lovely ! I did not have any that I did not like . To be honest , all the excursions were nice in their own merits . The guides were all were nice . So knowledgeable. Everyone was excellent and very professional. I really liked the quality of agencies you work with . I shall say your billing was little bit confusing. I’m used to getting two bills, one for the deposit and one for the remainder. That never happened. I also was charged twice and lost small amount money in exchange, when the charge was returned. I will use you again when planning my next trip to South America. I also will give your name to my friends.

We would recommend Say Hueque to anyone (and already have) Say Hueque provided us with a customized itinerary with hotels that exactly matched our request for a mix of sight-seeing in Argentina and hiking in Patagonia (Argentina and Chile). All travel arrangements and tours were pre-arranged for hotel and airport (international and domestic) pick-ups and drop-offs, and these services were right on time and provided by very pleasant and helpful staff. The hotels were great and many of them had excellent restaurants that made it easy to enjoy the local cuisine. Especially memorable were Fierro Hotel (Eco Restaurant), Estancia Helsingfors and Las Torres Hotel. Given that we did not want to be part of a larger tour group (12-16 people), this approach worked best for us.

We loved paradise valley and the boat navigation to the glaciers. The booking process was really easy. We were back and forth on whether we wanted to go, whether we should afford to go, but once we decided, Say Hueque was right there to help us (even tho we were potentially flaky clients). We loved all the hotels bc they were all different. The hotel in Puerto Natales was probably my favorite b/c we had an amazing view and the food was so good. But we also loved the domos. So compact and cool and the food at the domos was awesome and the staff was so good. Anita was a wonderful guide. I noticed that some of the guides chattered non-stop. Anita was comfortable with being quiet which worked great for us. I'm going to recommend her to all my friends, in addition to Say Hueque. I think we had a difficult trip to arrange with short notice and it worked out really well.

I didn't have the sense that I was being pushed into any pre-existing configuration that suited the travel agent rather than my interests. Explora was our favorite by far. The setting, the service, the quality of the experience is world-class. We didn't have a least favorite. One of the happiest days of my life was galloping with a gaucho and guide across the pampas (Explora). On multiple rides I was alone w/ the gaucho and guide and no other guests. The guides were super - engaging, warm, respectful. I particularly enjoyed the tent experience at el Chalten too. That was a first. *Ceci greeted us at Buenos Aires when we first arrived - she made us feel welcome and we greatly enjoyed her during the time we spent in the car with her. She also followed up with some much appreciated notes to inquire how we were doing. Kareen at Explora, head of hospitality, is superb. Amy had food poisoning and was laid up for 4 days. Kareen ensured that every need including a trip to a hospital 2 hours away on a mostly dirt road was well organized and executed (she assigned a driver and a translator from her staff). *Notable guides at the Explora include Mica (superb - warm, engaging), Kera (spelling? was lots of fun), Santiago (who appreciated I just wanted to cantor/gallop and made that happen), and Daniel (a guide who is first class at photography - we filmed at 1:00 a.m. together the night sky). Also greatly enjoyed our explora driver Ivan (former Chilean special forces). The issue was that due to Say Huque not breaking out costs in any way, I couldn't assess whether Say Huque was a good value that I can recommend and use again or not (experientially Say Huque was a good value). I know Argentina and Chile are very low cost countries given the deflation of their resp
