What people love about Turkey Tours in June
- Best of Turkey (Summer, 14 Days) (16 destinations)
In total the itinerary was V.GOOD. The accomodation at the countryside has only heater no A/C. KIRCILAR LEATHER We got a jacket which they said was repaired but they just GLUED it. We bought the jacket at a high price thinking that they are gonna give a good warranty on the leather what a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! I hope trafalgar will look for a much reliable leather outlet in the future. If they cant warranty it then dnt make it as an ADVERTISEMENT ! Just dnt BUY at the leather stopover.
- Wonders of Turkey (Summer)
Excellent tour of Turkey. It had a jam packed itinerary which was very comprehensive as we saw so many places in a relatively short space of time. As a country, Turkey is fascinating as it is so rich in culture, history and natural beauty. The guide was very informative and driver excellent. Despite being a group of 34 people, we always left on time with no-one ever being late. Frequent rest stops were made along the way. The coach was air conditioned with wi-fi and electrical sockets. The hotels were hit and miss, which may be a reflection of Turkish standards. The Ramada Plaza in Istanbul was the best, closely followed by the Hilton in Konya. The included meals were average tourist standard hotel buffets but the optional dinners were very good, and a couple of our lunch stops were excellent. I am not sure why, but my transfer on arrival was not included and Trafalgar/Cost Saver failed to explain why this was the case when I emailed them prior to my departure. I was the only person on my tour who was not met on arrival at the airport. This resulted in my having to waste money on a taxi. One fellow traveller arrived 20 minutes before me and another couple flew in several hours after me.
- 10 Days Wonders of Turkey
Dubai had so many “wow” factors that it’s hard to complain. We had a fantastic time even tho we went to the dessert in the summer :). My only complaint was when we went to the dessert trip they left way too much time in between the activities, I could barely handle the heat and sitting with no shade was very difficult. Definitely a 9 out of 10.
