The last day/night was a nightmare due to hotel location. Flight from cappadocia arrived at midnight and our flight the next day to LA was at 6 am. Had to stay all the way in old Istanbul and was picked up at 2 am. Last night should be booked closer to airport.
Our tour guide Metin is knowledgeable and take good care of the whole group well. The help we received from him was beyond what we expected. Transport was comfortable however the flight from Istanbul to Izmir seemed unnecessary. Comsider we were waiting for the bus other the other side and it was at peak traffic so we ended up waiting. It makes more sense if we were taking flights for the long distance drive instead. Despite that, the driver was polite and kept everything nice and clean for us. Accommodation was average in general as they are located in the middle of nowhere. One of the accommodation had no hot water for two days although there was a nice view. Some accommodations had very limited food choice and not fresh at all.

From the start when I booked the tour, Karem reached out to me and kept me updated of all the details of the tour, flights, changes in schedules and availability of services due to the pandemic/ local lockdowns. The agents meeting me at each location were not only on time, but courteous and the guides were knowledgeable and willing to adapt the tour to my needs and wishes. I can’t wait to go back to Turkey and visit new areas in non - pandemic times. I would definitely use this company again.
