- LMLeigh· September 18th, 2025This was a wonderful, well organised trip. All the details were covered including transfers, pick ups and cold water in the van. Our guide, Mert, was excellent, he was knowledgeable, helpful and immensely enjoyable. He even made sure I had gluten free food! We covered a lot of great places and sights in our 6 days. The only negative was the pottery place on the second last day at Cappadocia. We left our hotel at 5am for the balloon ride (which was amazing!) so by 4pm we were all exhausted. The staff there were almost harassing everyone to buy so we couldn’t get out of there which made the day that much longer and it was stupidly expensive. Cut this out of the trip and it would be perfect. We didn’t realise Turkey was so beautiful and interesting!Show moreTrip date: September 2025
- AKAmanda· May 15th, 2025Tour Altinkum answered my initial queries about the tour very quickly. The booking process was easy and information regarding the tour was comprehensive. There was no waiting around for pick ups etc. Tour guide – Mert was brilliant, couldn’t have asked for a better guide, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to, has the patience of a saint and very kindly made sure that a vegan meal was made me for at lunch or found out what was suitable for me to eat at buffets. Minibus driver – again he was excellent, always on time and waiting to pick us up at each stop. The tour itself had a lot of travelling which I knew before we booked, there were a couple of places I personally wouldn’t have bothered with such as the House of the Virgin Mary and others I wish we had had more time in such as the underground city, Hierapolis, Goreme and Ephesus. The hotels were good, would have liked to stay in Kusadasi for another night as the view from the room was great. The breakfasts were mostly pretty good apart from the cave house, I was very limited for choice but again personal preference. Lunches were great thanks to Mert, I had been a bit worried that I was going to be hungry a lot of the time but that wasn’t the case at all I really enjoyed the food. Would I use this tour company again, most definitely. They are very well organised and professional. I can’t fault the trip apart from the personal preference of wanting to spend more time in some places and having quite a long wait of 3 hours on the last day for our pick up to the airport to go back to Istanbul, would have been better if we had been kept occupied a bit longer. The group is tiny (9 of us) so we could have people to talk to and have lunch with and then go off on our own to galavant around Turkiye. Efe was brilliant, he knew so much about his country and the rich history that it weaves. Even our weather cooperated for the most part!! The booking was smooth, the transfers were seamless, and the communication was truly easy. 10/10 would recommend.Show more

Unfortunately, it will not be possible as planned. Your flight to Izmir is scheduled for 7:00 AM from SAW Airport in Istanbul, but you will be arriving at IST Airport, and it won't be possible to catch that early domestic flight upon your arrival. If you are able to arrive on 01st October and stay overnight at a hotel in Istanbul, we can arrange a transfer from your hotel to the airport for your morning flight on 02nd October. Additionally, your departure flight should be on 08th October, as your current return flight is very late in the evening on 07th October, which may not work smoothly with the tour schedule. In short, to ensure a smooth experience, you would need to arrive one day earlier and depart one day later than originally planned.

A 3-year-old can join the tour free of charge if a baby cot will be sufficient for him/her. In that case, you may proceed with booking for 2 adults only, and kindly mention in the notes section that you will be traveling with a 3-year-old child. If you prefer to have an extra bed instead of a baby cot, you would need to book a triple room.

The price for the hot air balloon ride is 250 USD per person, including pick-up and drop-off. They would like 1 day at the start and 2 days/nights at the end of the tour to explore Istanbul on their own. They plan on booking their own accommodation for those nights. Yes, two domestic flights are included in the package. The only land transportation will be from Denizli to Antalya, and this is also included in the tour. All land transportation throughout the trip is included as well.
