- AKAmanda· May 15th, 2025Tour Altinkum answered my initial queries about the tour very quickly. The booking process was easy and information regarding the tour was comprehensive. There was no waiting around for pick ups etc. Tour guide – Mert was brilliant, couldn’t have asked for a better guide, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to, has the patience of a saint and very kindly made sure that a vegan meal was made me for at lunch or found out what was suitable for me to eat at buffets. Minibus driver – again he was excellent, always on time and waiting to pick us up at each stop. The tour itself had a lot of travelling which I knew before we booked, there were a couple of places I personally wouldn’t have bothered with such as the House of the Virgin Mary and others I wish we had had more time in such as the underground city, Hierapolis, Goreme and Ephesus. The hotels were good, would have liked to stay in Kusadasi for another night as the view from the room was great. The breakfasts were mostly pretty good apart from the cave house, I was very limited for choice but again personal preference. Lunches were great thanks to Mert, I had been a bit worried that I was going to be hungry a lot of the time but that wasn’t the case at all I really enjoyed the food. Would I use this tour company again, most definitely. They are very well organised and professional. I can’t fault the trip apart from the personal preference of wanting to spend more time in some places and having quite a long wait of 3 hours on the last day for our pick up to the airport to go back to Istanbul, would have been better if we had been kept occupied a bit longer. The group is tiny (9 of us) so we could have people to talk to and have lunch with and then go off on our own to galavant around Turkiye. Efe was brilliant, he knew so much about his country and the rich history that it weaves. Even our weather cooperated for the most part!! The booking was smooth, the transfers were seamless, and the communication was truly easy. 10/10 would recommend.Show more

If you have suggestions, please advise. the husband likes adventure and is up for river rafting, etc., and the wife likes culture and history.

They would like 1 day at the start and 2 days/nights at the end of the tour to explore Istanbul on their own. They plan on booking their own accommodation for those nights. Their budget is not very flexible, and I'm searching the platform for a maximum of $750 pp.

Yes, two domestic flights are included in the package. The only land transportation will be from Denizli to Antalya, and this is also included in the tour. All land transportation throughout the trip is included as well.

Will there be other people also during the pick-up? On the return, will you drop me to a different hotel? How many hours by bus to Cappadocchia where you have optional flight. Pick up is available from Taksim, Besiktas, Sultanahmet hotels for this service. Return transfer can be arranged to different hotel in same areas. Solo Travelers need to book 'single room' and you can check price for single room on website. Drive from Antalya to Cappadocia is approx 10h but there will be Mevlana Museum and Sultanhan Cerevansaral visits, lunch will be provided in Konya. The land drive will be by tour bus and the tour guide will at the bus.
