What people love about Portugal Tours in March
- Best of Lisbon and The Azores: City and Nature WondersThe day tours and guides were all very good. I especially enjoyed my time in the Azores. Portugal is a beautiful country with warm and welcoming people and amazing food and wine. I definitely recommend the destination and plan to go back soon to visit other areas of the country. I was disappointed that this tour was not actually a group tour as it was described. Being a solo traveler on this trip, I specifically booked a group tour to have the opportunity to have some travel companions and a tour guide at hand throughout the trip. This company outsources the different tours on the itinerary and does not have a representative who meets you and guides you throughout the trip. They were supportive in responding via email and trying to meet my needs; however, this was not what I had in mind when I booked this tour.
- Best of Lisbon Tour (with Sintra, Évora and Cascais) - 5 Days in PortugalLovely city, the day tours started early so plenty time in the evenings to enjoy those natas and pasteis bacalhau! Maria is a very upbeat person and we enjoyed her company, while she was very informative I appreciate her keeping us on time even after all those "one last photo"! Thank you!
- Walking in MadeiraIt was my first time using this company. Communication was good, booking and transfers smooth and questions answered promptly. Madeira is a beautiful place to visit for the outdoors and culture. Going in January and feeling the warm sunshine on my face, was uplifting. I met some lovely people on the trip and our tour guide Joao Camara was exceptional. He was helpful, encouraging, very knowledgeable and communicated well with everyone. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone loving outdoor hiking in a group. It was tougher than I imagined but made me feel more fit by the end of the week.
