The Wanderful Holiday staff was easy to communicate with via What's App. Our hotels were clean and in great locations with great staff. We all felt we got a nice overview of all Portugal had to offer on the tours. However, we wish there would have been a person to guide us from our driver drop off point to our designated tour bus or Tour Ticket office that had our prepaid scheduled tour. That was confusing. Our favorite days were the 2 days we had a private guide and transportation for the day in Lisbon/Pena Palace and Porto/Duro Valley. Think that is what we had anticipated more having booked a "group" tour for the first time.
Our trip was perfect from airport pickup to guided tour. Pedro was so patient and very knowledgeable. The best guide we have ever had. Turim hotel was at great location of Liberdade Street. Fado show and dinner was excellent. Wonderful city with even wonderful people!

Our guides and tours were wonderful. Knowledgeable and desired a memorable experience for us. Loved the opportunity to explore Ponta Delgada on our own. Only complaint was landing after an overnight flight at 6:30 AM and dropped at hotel but couldn’t check in until 3:00 pm. Had we known that, we could have made arrangements but was not in literature. Made for a long, exhausting day.
