Our guides were all so knowledgeable and engaged, and we saw some rare sights, such as pygmy elephants and orangutan mom and baby in the wild. Our 15 member group was pretty easy to travel with, not much drinking or whining either. You can arrive at any time on Day 1 and depart at any time on the final day, Day 8. We recommend arriving in the morning/early afternoon so you can attend the welcome meeting on Day 1. Could you clarify what you mean by storing luggage? The hotel in Kota Kinabalu is the start and end point, and they may be able to store luggage over the 8 day tour but it would depend on their space and facilities.

The meeting point would be at the hotel: Hotel Shangri-La, he will find the start time of the meeting posted at the front desk with where they will meet as well. This is usually around 5/6pm. The group will all meet up together at this time where they will find their CEO.

Malaysia Air MH airlines allow checked baggage at 20KG. For this specific tour, pack as lightly as possible (under 10 kg/22lb). You will need to carry your own luggage. Most travelers carry luggage in a pack. Suitcases are not appropriate. Bring a main piece of luggage and a small to medium backpack (30-35 litres/8-9 gallons).
