Please find below the approximate daily ride distances and elevation gains for this tour: Day 1: No riding. Day 2: 40 km / 25 miles, undulating with ~230 m / 755 ft elevation gain. Day 3: 50 km / 31 miles, mostly flat with ~240 m / 790 ft elevation gain. Day 4: 56 km / 33 miles, mostly flat with ~240 m / 790 ft elevation gain. Day 5: No riding. Day 6: 55 km / 34 miles, with ~450 m / 1,475 ft elevation gain. Day 7: 70 km / 44 miles, with ~800 m / 2,625 ft elevation gain. Day 8: 70 km / 44 miles, with ~300 m / 985 ft elevation gain. Day 9: No riding - train transfer day. Day 10: 40 km / 25 miles, mostly flat with ~200 m / 650 ft elevation gain. Day 11: No riding.

At the moment, we don't have any special discounts available for past Intrepid travellers, but we'll certainly keep you posted if anything comes up.

If you select our twin room option, then yes — we can pair you with another traveller of the same gender, just like on your previous Intrepid trip. However, regarding your medical condition and use of a CPAP machine, we kindly ask that you provide us with a few more details.

Traveler•Written July 2025I have sleep apnea. I use a c-pap, which is a pretty quiet machine, so that I don't snore. I have done several bike trips, and have taken my portable machine with me on each of them. I don't have any medication to use with the machine, and no medication that needs to be refrigerated. The c-pap needs to be plugged into an outlet, and the voltage isn't a problem with an adapter (unlike a nebulizer, which is a much more powerful machine). The leader need not know about the machine. If you believe that I should use a single supplement, how much would that cost?
