I have filled this in already, but if you ask me again, the tour itself was amazing. The driver was absolutely superb, but I’m sorry the tour director well was not good It took us four days to get our labels ,four days to start the rotation of the bus he never gave us the right information and in the end we just was all smiling saying what will William do wrong today I’m sorry but the man is in the wrong job. The rest of the tour was absolutely brilliant love the people that were on the coach, the hotels were fine, the one near the beach ,we had No food As William told us there was a restaurant at the next hotel well we all walked there when we arrived. It was beach bar and they had run out of food and was shutting at 6:45 . There was a small cafe on site and we saw the other bus people going in for an evening meal ,so if possible could you arrange this and it could be an option exter !!! As we had No food! There was no were else to go !!! Or change the hotel!!!

The experience was wonderful, the tour guide, the driver and everyone involved in the support of the people during the trip. We went more places than mentioned in the brochure and the ones mentioned were great. The only disappointment was the timing of the colors. This is always a crap shoot and we were a week to early! However the other attractions on the tour made up for the colors. ***** Thanks to all the support staff !!

Hotels were totally to an unacceptable standard. Understaffed - dirty and lack of facilities. Locations poor, no where to eat or drink near by. Stopped at supermarkets to buy food for the evenings. This tour should have been advertised as self catering. In general very poor, would never travel with costsaver again.

Tour director did not give us insight of the areas we visited. The hotels are not well located for us to just walk and look for restaurants to have dinner. One hotel was even under repair. The driver was very helpful with our luggage’s. He was an excellent and very safe driver. However, he got lost a few times, giving me an impression that this was his first time to do this route. I wished we had name tags for each traveler that can easily start a conversation and identify your co traveller. There are areas with so many other tourist.

    Tina

    Asked on September 20th, 2025

Please advise what does it mean to book before I receive confirmation or decline of the spot. I would like to book this tour so I can make flight arrangements. But I was advised by Tourradar to wait for spot confirmation from Costsaver first before booking flights. I'm eager to book flight based on the tour spot confirmation. Would you mind helping me to understand when I should confidently book flights?

    Flights / Transfers
    Tour Details
    • CostsaverOperatorWritten September 2025

To confirm your spot on the tour, a booking must first be created and submitted. Once that's done, our operations team will check availability for your requested departure date. Because your chosen date is listed as 'on request,' it means that space is limited and not guaranteed until we receive confirmation from them. We understand you're eager to arrange your flights, but we strongly recommend waiting until your tour spot is officially confirmed before booking any non-refundable travel. This helps avoid complications in case the tour date is unavailable. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a notification, and at that point, you can confidently proceed with your flight arrangements.

  • H

    Heidi

    Asked on September 15th, 2025

I was wondering if there would be any opportunity/availability to join your tour on the 24th and maybe complete the activities of the first 2 days after completion of the tour?

    Tour Details
    • CostsaverOperatorWritten September 2025

Regarding your question about joining on the 24th, that is possible, and we can note of it for the travel director to be informed. However, completing the first two days' activities at the end of the tour is not possible, as the tour follows a guided and fixed itinerary. Activities are scheduled in a specific sequence and cannot be rearranged or repeated after the tour concludes.

    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
