In fact he was very, very bad: terribly boring - put almost everyone on the bus to sleep multiple times, was horribly disorganized - wasn't sure where we were going or what we were going to see, couldn't find reservations to get into the National park, lost his ATM card and caused a 1.5 hour delay the next day trying to recover his ATM. He was very sloppily/unprofessionally dressed, spoke unfavorably about the USA (this was a tour of international attendees - we were the only Americans). We signed up with Omega Tours / Tourradar, but upon arrival in Boston found the tour to be under ATI and after talking with several other attendees, found a very large disparity in the price we were charged vs. what they paid.
