- ALuis· June 26th, 2023I loved our trip, but I think a few things could use a little help. I would like to see a little more detail on the amount of free time we have in each country. Our group of 6 took in every spare minute of time off to explore around us. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we would check in and take off again. We would like to have known ahead of time estimates of when we would arrive back at the hotel to plan our time off. Also, being our first trip abroad, it would have been nice if you would give us information about buying tickets for different excursions, outside of Cosmos. We had no way of knowing that you would have to buy these way in advance, in order to be able to get in. For example, we were not able to get tickets to the top of the Eiffel Tower. because we waited too late to buy them. Although our tour director offered to help us try to secure ticket, we decided not to pursue. Also, the Anne Frank House, luckily, we came across the website that said you had to buy ahead of time, so we did that. He was so helpful and caring making all of us feel like we were part of his family. I would highly recommend your company and have referred several people to do your tours. One is already booked for October and another is planning one for the future. Our driver, Elia also made our trip memorable and safe. He's an excellent driver and maneuvered the roads with ease. I can't say enough about the two and the local tour guides. I added pictures to my journal if you'd like to share them with others. This tour includes overnights near Lucerne and Lausanne Switzerland. It also has a stop in Interlaken. You will be surrounded by the Swiss Alps. You will not be visiting any towns in the Alps but Lucerne is situated where the Alps begin. There are hills in the north and mountains in the south. The town lies along the banks of Lake Lucerne.
