- ALuis· June 26th, 2023I loved our trip, but I think a few things could use a little help. I would like to see a little more detail on the amount of free time we have in each country. Our group of 6 took in every spare minute of time off to explore around us. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we would check in and take off again. We would like to have known ahead of time estimates of when we would arrive back at the hotel to plan our time off. Also, being our first trip abroad, it would have been nice if you would give us information about buying tickets for different excursions, outside of Cosmos. We had no way of knowing that you would have to buy these way in advance, in order to be able to get in. For example, we were not able to get tickets to the top of the Eiffel Tower. because we waited too late to buy them. Although our tour director offered to help us try to secure ticket, we decided not to pursue. Also, the Anne Frank House, luckily, we came across the website that said you had to buy ahead of time, so we did that. He was so helpful and caring making all of us feel like we were part of his family. I would highly recommend your company and have referred several people to do your tours. One is already booked for October and another is planning one for the future. Our driver, Elia also made our trip memorable and safe. He's an excellent driver and maneuvered the roads with ease. I can't say enough about the two and the local tour guides. I added pictures to my journal if you'd like to share them with others. Gratuities to your Tour Director and Driver are not included in the vacation price. Tour Director €7 per tour day, per tour member. Driver €4 per tour day, per tour member. It is also customary to tip Local Guides for a very good service; ask your Tour Director for advice.

The total cost includes the cost for the tour and hotel accommodations. We can offer arrival and departure transfers at the rate of $55. We can offer up to two additional nights at the beginning of the tour at the rate of $98 USD and $118 USD per person per night and two additional nights at the end of the tour at the rate of $93 USD and $126 USD per person per night.
