Itinerary
- Day 1
Windhoek to Etosha National Park
You'll depart from Windhoek and head north toward Etosha National Park. Once you arrive, there's an afternoon game drive where you can spot wildlife around the park's famous water holes. After settling into your lodge, you'll have the chance to watch nocturnal animals at the floodlit water hole as the evening sets in.

Landmarks/POIs Etosha National Park - Day 2
Etosha National Park
This is a full day dedicated to exploring Etosha's network of roads and water holes. You'll search for antelope, elephant, lion, and giraffe throughout the day. Back at the lodge by evening, you'll spend another night watching wildlife at the floodlit water hole.

Etosha National Park to Damaraland
After leaving Etosha, you'll drive south toward Damaraland and reach Spitzkoppe, a 1800m rock formation with excellent views across the landscape. On a guided walk, you'll check out ancient bushman rock paintings, including the site known as Bushman Paradise.

Damaraland to Swakopmund
From Spitzkoppe, you'll travel to Swakopmund on the Atlantic coast. This German-style town has colonial architecture, palm-lined streets, a seaside promenade, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, art galleries, and museums to explore. You'll be staying here for two nights.

Swakopmund
The day is yours to do what you'd like in Swakopmund. Options include sky diving, sandboarding, or quad biking in the desert if you want action. Otherwise, you could relax at local beaches or spend time at one of the town's restaurants and cafes.

Landmarks/POIs Swakopmund - Day 6
Swakopmund to Khomas Region
You'll leave the coast and head inland through moon-like landscapes and rocky passes. Along the way, there's a stop at the Tropic of Capricorn for photos. Later you'll arrive at a desert camp in the Khomas region where you'll spend the night under canvas with all equipment provided.

Namib Naukluft National Park
Leaving camp early, you'll head into Namib Naukluft National Park. You'll trek up Dune 45 to see views across the rolling dunes, then have breakfast afterward. From there, a shuttle takes you to Dead Vlei, a white clay pan surrounded by towering dunes with dead camel thorn trees scattered throughout, which is great for photographs.

Fish River Canyon
You'll drive through barren terrain and rocky mountains with quiver trees dotting the landscape. By afternoon, you'll reach Fish River Canyon, one of Africa's largest natural features at 550m deep and 161km long. You'll spend time walking along the canyon edges to take in the deep ravines and winding waterways.

Gariep Orange River
Starting early, you'll drive south through rugged landscapes and rocky outcrops until reaching your base on the banks of the Orange River. The afternoon is free for you to relax at the water's edge, go for a swim, or take an optional canoe safari if interested.

Namibia to Cederberg Region, South Africa
You'll cross from Namibia into South Africa, driving through Namaqualand where wildflowers are prolific during August and September. Continuing to the Cederberg region, you'll arrive at your accommodation where you can taste local wines or relax by the pool.

Cederberg Region to Cape Town
On your final day, you'll travel through Citrusdal and into the Western Cape Province, heading toward Cape Town where your tour comes to an end.
