- KSKalynne· November 24th, 2023My husband and I have had Patagonia very high on our list for a while, and when we found cheap flights we didn’t have a lot of time to plan all the details. OneSeed took care of everything for us, was super responsive to all our questions, and facilitated a phenomenal experience for us. Our guide, Jorge, was fantastic and shared so much knowledge, experience, and many stories (please write that book!) throughout our time in the park. We’ve used multiple tour companies for our travel experiences and would not hesitate to book with OneSeed again. Asked on October 2nd, 2024I'm 59 years old with a desk job. We did some hikes in the past but they were relatively short. My wife is 53 years old. How much hiking is there and what is the level of hiking? What king of ascends are we talking about?
- OneSeed ExpeditionsOperator•Written October 2024
We rate the activity level for all of our expeditions between 1 and 5. 1 being the easiest and 5 being the most challenging. The 'Epic Patagonia' expedition has an activity level rating of '4'. These expeditions require above average physical fitness. Treks may reach high altitudes and require high levels of physical exertion. No technical skills are required and first-time trekkers are welcome with sufficient preparation. Typical days may require 8+ miles over 6+ hours of hiking. Some expeditions include significant elevation and weather changes. The hike to the towers and the hike into the French Valley will be the most challenging of the hikes.

Asked on August 27th, 2024I am looking for a Patagonia Tour. September travel date. I can fly from Buenos Aires to Patagonia on the 18th and have to be back in Buenos Aires on the 27th. I would like to spend some time in nature either hiking or doing some bike packing. Will these primarily be hiking trips or also bikepacking?
- OneSeed ExpeditionsOperator•Written August 2024
September is still the off season in Patagonia. The Patagonia season does not get started until October. In September, there are many amenities and services that are limited. We do not have a bike packing trip available but we do have a 'Winter' Patagonia trip that we offer on a private trip basis.
