- Pauline· October 26th, 2024The guide in Santiago was really helpful but the hotel was only 1*. It was broken down, tiles were moldy, chipped and rooms were cold (heat is off in spring). There was no hot water and when it was available, it was intermittent. The sights were beautiful and definitely worth visiting, unfortunately, the guides could not speak English well and if in a group with Spanish-speaking tourist, the tour was mainly in Spanish, with 10% in English if you are lucky. There was little to be said in English because they did not have the vocabulary to explain.Show more
