Itinerary
- Day 1
Sandnes to Sirdal
After breakfast you'll cycle through gently rolling terrain toward Lauvvik ferry dock. The ferry ride across Lysefjorden offers views of Preikestolen, Flørli, and Kjerag as you head to Lysebotn. From there comes the main event: a challenging 27-hairpin climb (averaging 10% grade, hitting 15% in spots) through a tunnel to reach Eagle's Nest at 640m, then push on to the 932m summit across lunar-like landscape. It's mostly downhill after that to Sirdal Høyfjellshotell. The evening fills with local food experiences at the firehouse.

- Day 2
Sirdal to Byrkjedalstunet
You'll start with mostly downhill cycling from the upper Sirdalen area, passing through Sinnes and by Valevatn before reaching Byrkjedalstunet. Once there, try traditional 'lapper' and browse the homemade food and local products on offer. Later you'll gather for an aperitif in the mountain hall, then settle in for dinner at the restaurant.

- Day 3
Byrkjedalstunet to Egersund
Cycling through Gloppedalsura, Northern Europe's largest boulder field, you'll continue past Indre and Ytre Vinjevatn toward Bjerkreim. A stop at Myksvoll Microbrewery gives you freshly roasted coffee and snacks. The terrain shifts from inland valleys and dense forest into hillier coastal areas. Check in at Grand Hotel Egersund and have dinner while looking back through photos from the day.

Egersund to Bryne
You'll follow the coastline from Egersund, cycling past the small towns of Hellvik, Sirevåg, and Brusand. Stop for lunch at Hå gamle prestegard, an art and culture center in peaceful surroundings. After that, you'll continue along the coast where some of Norway's longest sandy beaches come into view, moving through flat farm areas with minimal climbing. The day ends at Bryne Kro & Hotel with dinner and photo sharing in the restaurant.

Bryne to Stavanger
Heading toward more urban areas, you'll pass big farms and small communities on the way to the coastline. A stop at Ølberg comes first, then Sola Strandhotel for lunch. Visit Sola Ruinkirke near Sola beach for photos, then tour the cycling velodrome at Vår Energi Arena (Norway Bike Experience headquarters) with coffee and a snack. From there, cycle through Forus on a dedicated cycle highway into Stavanger, tackling the infamous Grisabakken climb (featured in Tour of Norway races). Stop at Ullandhaugtårnet for photos, then visit Hafrsfjord and Swords in Rock to learn about the Battle of Hafrsfjord from the 800s. A detour through The Old Stavanger shows off Northern Europe's best-preserved wooden house settlement before you reach the city center and Victoria Hotel for the farewell dinner.

Stavanger
You'll transfer from the hotel to Sola Airport for onward flights, with timing arranged according to your flight schedule. A shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes if you need it.
