Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Sharm El Sheikh to Saint Catherine

    An evening transfer takes you to Saint Catherine, and then around 11:30pm you'll start your climb up Mount Moses with a Bedouin guide. You can choose between the challenging 3,750-step Steps of Repentance or the easier Camel Path route. By around 7:00am you'll reach the summit to watch the sunrise, then afterward you'll visit St. Catherine Monastery, one of the world's oldest continuously operating Christian monasteries.

  2. Day 2

    Saint Catherine to Cairo

    After a luxury breakfast and relaxing at your hotel, you're transferred to Cairo for an overnight stay in the city.

  3. Day 3

    Cairo

    You'll experience skydiving or paramotoring over the Pyramids of Giza, jumping from 13,000 feet with a USPA-certified instructor. You'll freefall over the golden sands and pyramid structures, and receive a video recording of your flight. After landing, you'll enjoy a 45-minute camel ride through the desert near the pyramids.

  4. Day 4

    Cairo to Aswan

    Following breakfast, you fly to Aswan, which takes about 1.5 hours, then board your Nile cruise ship. Lunch is served on board, and in the afternoon you'll visit the Aswan High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk. You'll have dinner on board and settle in for your first night on the cruise.

    Aswan to Kom Ombo to Edfu

    Breakfast starts your morning on board, and then you have the option to visit the Abu Simbel temples, two massive rock structures built by Ramses II. After lunch on the ship, you head to Kom Ombo to see the Temple of Kom Ombo, which was dedicated to two different gods. By evening you'll cruise toward Edfu, where dinner is served on board.

    Edfu to Esna to Luxor

    You begin with breakfast before visiting the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the god Horus and constructed during the Ptolemaic period. A scenic sail takes you to the Esna Lock, once an important religious and trading center, with lunch available on board. The ship continues on to Luxor, where you'll have dinner aboard.

  7. Day 7

    Luxor

    After breakfast, you'll explore the West Bank of the Nile to see the Valley of the Kings, a royal burial site containing over 60 tombs of pharaohs and nobles like Tutankhamun and Ramses II. Next, you visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut with its three distinctive terraces, then check out the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues on the west bank. Finally, you're transferred to Luxor airport for your flight back to Cairo, which takes about one hour.

    Cairo to Bahariya Oasis to White Desert

    You depart Cairo at 7:00am and reach Bahariya Oasis around 11:30am. After lunch, you switch to land cruiser vehicles for the desert adventure. You'll visit the Black Desert and its highest mountain for panoramic views, explore Crystal Mountain in the White Desert National Park, and stop at Al Agbat area for photos and sandboarding. Later you'll wander through the Old White Desert with Mushroom Rock and the New White Desert with its unique rock formations. The day finishes at camp with traditional dinner and Bedouin tea by the fire.

    After breakfast and watching sunrise over the White Desert, you drive back toward Bahariya Oasis with a stop at the Cold Spring along the way. From there, you continue your journey back to Cairo.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 155 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
