- Ajane sarahwalker· January 27th, 2024The tour guide Eva was fantastic and I found Rene Guia both enthusiastic and caring. noting that he took extra care with our disabled tour members, he was quick to learn all our names and took an interest in each of us.he also went out of his way to arrange for us to see Moulin Rouge I found Patricia very difficult to understand and not helpful. It was difficult in Paris when half the bus tour members were in another hotel over an hour away from the other hotel, wasting the limited time that we had in the city. Sometimes we had to spend too much time on the bus during our tour. It would be better to have free time to take pictures. The buses need to have USB portals to recharge the cell phones. As we are on the tour, the cellphones get discharged soon. Most of the hotels were good except one or two. Regarding the loading and unloading of the luggage from the buses, proper parking is highly recommended. The free lunch in Glendenwald wasn't good. The breakfast in most of the hotels was great. Mixing two language groups was not a good idea. Most of our guides were Spanish speaking and they felt more comfortable when the Spanish group joined with the English group. However, Eva and Raymundo were great guides. Most of the local guides were very good and were experts. Today I returned to work and I recommended Europa Mundo to ten of my co-workers. Trip date: May 2024 - Tram· April 29th, 2024It was a great tour! The tour guides were very nice and helpful. The one I liked the most was the local tour guides who were very knowledgeable who told us about the history of the area. The hotels were good, but some hotels were packed for breakfast time. For this trip, I think is not very good for senior because of the time frame and the walking distance in certain area. If the weather is good, it might be fine. But when the weather is bad, it's rough for senior to walk around. In case of bad weather or if the senior prefer to stay in the bus please allow them to do so. If you ask me for suggestion, I would suggest the tour company must make it clear about the extra trips/excursions which are not covered in the trip to avoid any confusions to the tourists. For example: trip with attractions/ excursions is X amount, trip without attractions/excursions is Y amount. Overall, I enjoyed the trip.
