- Maria· January 28th, 2024Most days were wonderful. Many great experiences and comfortable accommodations, but some differences between itinerary information and expectations. Particularly for a group of 50 - 80 year olds, some things were not made clear. The biggest complaint was the 2nd class sleeper car. It only says sleeper train, which given other accommodations, one would expect 1st class sleeping compartments. I even enquired before booking and was told a private compartment with my single supplement. One does have to read the category of this trip as well. It is an Explorer trip, so some things were slightly more strenuous. Given that, the guide, Chai was wonderful about making adjustments for some travelers. There is no mention of biking at Sukothai in the itinerary, so he arranged a tuk tuk for some of us. Some hotels were changed and in less convenient locations. The creatively written itinerary really draws you in to book and get excited but some crucial information, particularly for older travelers, is missing.Show more

Traveler•Written April 2024The trip below is 13 nights and 14 days. Is it the same trip as the 11 days? If it would be the same trip it should start at the 11th and end at the 21th. Because of my plans 11 days would be absolutely optimal for me. 14 days would be almost to much for me. Please let me know what the time schedules are.

Asked on October 11th, 2023They are looking forward to join either a group or to get a private adventure as a family. They would like to travel around April 6th-15th. They are fine to get a quote for 3* hotels and based on that check the hotels and check if they upgrade them to 4*.

We do not currently offer any itineraries in Singapore. Our Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam is a fantastic trip and has a mix of some really exciting activities whilst having the opportunity to see the three different countries. We do work with a partner that has some trips that start in Bangkok and make their way down to Singapore.

We have a departure on the 9th December however at the moment it does not have anyone else signed up so we would need another three people to guarantee the departure. We have other Asia trips departing in December such as A Taste of Taiwan by Rail, Vibrant Vietnam, Sublime Southern Thailand, and Blissful Bali.

We currently have our 11 day Sublime Southern Thailand that starts on the 19th December and runs through to the 29th December. This trip starts in Bangkok and ends in Phuket and visits Khao Sok Lake, Ao Nang in Krabi, Koh Yao Yai before finishing in Phuket. This isn't guaranteed yet as we are waiting for a couple more people to join.
