- Day 2
Füssen - Rothenburg - Frankfurt
You'll start by traveling through the Bavarian Alps toward Neuschwanstein Castle, one of those iconic structures you've probably seen in photos. Before reaching the castle, you'll stop at Mary's Bridge, which gives you those famous views down into the gorge. After that, you're heading to Rothenburg, a walled city that feels like stepping back in time with its preserved medieval streets. There's a Christmas Museum there if you want to check it out. Later in the day, you'll continue on to Frankfurt, Germany's financial hub, where you'll settle in for the evening.

- Day 3
Rüdesheim - Sankt Goar - Cochem - Cologne - Dortmund
The day starts with a scenic Rhine cruise between Rüdesheim and Sankt Goar, so you'll see the river and its valley from the water. After that, you're heading to the Moselle River region and stopping in Cochem for lunch with views of the ancient castle perched above the town. From there, you'll make your way to Cologne to see the Gothic cathedral and walk along the Rhine. By evening, you'll head to your hotel in Dortmund.

- Day 4

This day follows the Fairy Tale Route inspired by the Brothers Grimm. You'll see Trendelburg's medieval castle with its Rapunzel Tower, then explore Höxter and Corvey Abbey, which is a 9th-century World Heritage monastery. Next comes Polle with the ruins of Cinderella's Castle, followed by Hamelin, the town famous for the Pied Piper tale. The day wraps up in Hanover, where you'll have time to walk around the old town before the evening.

- Day 5
Goslar - Göttingen - Bad Sooden - Eisenach
After breakfast, you'll visit the Rammelsberg Mines museum, a UNESCO World Heritage site focused on historic silver mining near Goslar. Then you're walking through Goslar's medieval old town and seeing the Church of St. Peter. At lunch, you'll be in Göttingen, where the Brothers Grimm once lived, and you can explore the old town there. Later you'll reach Bad Sooden, a spa town, and finish in Eisenach with its Baroque and Renaissance buildings. The day includes visiting the Bach House and Luther House before dinner.

Eisenach - Gotha - Erfurt - Leipzig
You'll start at Wartburg Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage fortress where Martin Luther translated the Bible, with views out over the landscape. Back in Eisenach after that, you'll have free time for lunch and can optionally visit the Bach House or Automobile Museum. The afternoon takes you to Gotha to see its Baroque palace and historic center, then to Erfurt with its cathedral and medieval old town featuring that unique 500-year-old bridge covered in houses. You'll arrive in Leipzig by evening, a city known for composers and cultural life.

- Day 7
Leipzig - Dresden - Prague
Leaving Leipzig, you'll stop at the Monument to the Battle of the Nations, a 91-meter memorial from 1913 that commemorates the Napoleonic Wars. Then you're heading to Dresden, Saxony's capital, which has Baroque architecture, palaces, and paths along the Elbe River. After lunch and exploring the city, you'll cross into the Czech Republic and arrive in Prague by mid-afternoon. A panoramic tour shows you Prague Castle, Old Town Square, and the Charles Bridge, then you'll transfer to the city center for the evening.
