What people love about Europe Tours from Munich
- Eastern Highlights
She was the best guide I could ever get!
- Croatian & Eastern Delights
Tim made sure that 39 individuals had the trip that they wanted. This is no mean feat! He was organised, knowledgeable, patient, calm and thoughtful. He catered for a diverse range of ages and ethnicities and achieved this by having coach walks whereby he was available to answer any questions or doubts people may have had. He built a respectful rapport with his clients and maintained a professional attitude. Tim made touring easy. He knew where the ATM's, toilets, bus and metro stops and eating places were. He organised laundry drops and pub crawls and liaised really well with the driver. He was unflappable, fun to be with, genuinely interested in people and always smiling. He made a great tour excellent.
