This was my first cruise and only my third bus tour (Germany & Alaska). Our guide and driver were excellent. I don't know where you find drivers that are both skillful and personable. Brett, our director was always prepared and knowledgeable about the area we were visiting.

The driver and guide presented an excellent program. Felt they knew the area and were able to provide a great overview. Would have liked to have had more time at Basin Harbor and skip the time in Montpelier or Stowe to get to the venue sooner. Basin Harbor had some difficulty in directing our group to the correct area to reach our cabins or rooms. That could have been organized much better. The tour aboard Holland America was excellent. However would have like Globus to provide better information on ship specifics, especially signing up for excursions.

There was a great adjustment when we were unable to go to Vermont. Loved the maple sugar place outside of Montreal. The Notre Dame cathedral was breathtaking. The Susan person who was learning the route with Hiliary was weird.I would not want to be on a tour with her!!
