I do not recommend. Overcrowded bus (68 persons) with no rules of behavior. People listening to loud music, watching videos with loud audio, talking in the phone with relatives for hours with speaker so that we had to listen to all their conversation. Besides, differently from many tours with other companies that I took, I take a tour every year, Europamundo did not have 2 drivers. Only one so, to keep up with the European labor laws for drivers, we arrived at the cities we were supposed to visit and had 2 hours to have a meal and visit the city. So basically, you have to choose or to eat or to try to know a little bit of the place. I always opted to go around and visit as many places as I could. Just grabbing a sandwich in a market and eating as I went. I was all the time hungry, sometimes the sandwich weren't very good and sometimes weren't enough. When I arrived in Barcelona, the first city for my tour, I had hired a transfer from the airport to the hotel. The transfer never showed up, I had to take a taxi. I asked for reimbursement of the transfer I hired and was told I would get only reimbursement for the taxi that was almost half the price I paid for the transfer. It is a good business. You do not do anything and put a clean 50 dollars in your pocket (transfer is much more expensive than taxi in Barcelona). When we arrived in Rome, the promised hotel did not have room to all this overcrowded tour, so they took 9 people from the tour (I'm one of them) and lodged us in a budget hotel even if a 4 star hotel was the one contracted. They installed us the 9 people in a Ibis hotel for backpackers. My room did not even had a table for personal items. My jewelry and little pocket belongs and little souvenirs had to be placed on the ground. I complained, I let the guide know I had contracted a 4 star hotel and as an answer she said "I think this is a very good hotel" but she herself lodged in the other 4 stars hotel. I really think I should be compensated for the hotel fiasco and for the full price of the transfer. I had fun? Yes, when I was by myself. I could make the best from my time by myself. Europamundo is terrible, better pay a little bit more and go for a better company I will not mention names but you can research.

I wouldn't book again. I didn't like my experience. Not what I expected and definitely you won't really see/experience what's being advertised compare to other travel companies who are more organized and you'll feel taken care of like ExpatExplore is my favorite so far. Maybe do your research and make your money and time worth somewhere else. This was not for me. I have travelled a lot almost to 40 countries and I have booked to other travel companies and I can honestly say I was " never" left behind except this tour, the staff working for the company doesn't seem to care. I was left behind 3x, twice maybe they didn't know or the tours are just really disorganized and with NO clear instructions/accountability. Third time, I informed my tour guide and chose to stay behind to spend more time at a particular place/city/town. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I still gave a 2 star because I made good memories focusing on the scenery I can appreciate and the people I met as we were all complaining and feel the same about the company. Thank you for the opportunity to travel, but sorry won't book in the future.

There was a lot of road time, due to visiting 4 countries. I liked the places we visited and was especially happy with our first guide, Israel. With Europamundo's format, we didn't have the same guide or other travelers the whole tour, which made it harder to interact. It would be nice to have Wi-fi on the bus.

    1. I knew ahead of the trip that Iwanted to see all the places on Europamundo's itinerary, so I was happy to take this trip. However,I realized that it would be a whirlwind trip. This trip covers a lot of ground in a short amount of time, so be prepared to wake up early and get in late, and you dont have a lot of time to spend in each location. 2. Be prepared to switch tour guides. Our first tour guide was very informative about some of the places. We switched guides in Zurich. Our second tour guide, was not as informative. 3. The hotels are OK, not super fancy, but it doesnt matter because all you do is get in late, sleep, grab a quick breakfast and get on the bus to go to the next place. Breakfasts were all fine. 4. It would have ben nice to have Wi-Fi on the bus. We were on 2 different buses; neither had Wi-Fi. The second bus was a double decker, and much nicer than the first. 5. We signed up for 1 extra excursion, and we weren't informed until the day of the excursion that it might not happen if enough people didn't sign up. Luckily for us, enough people signed up. Lastly, asking questions through "messages" on the Tour Radar site was disappointing. The staff who answered the questions basically cut and pasted info from the itinerary. Trying to get better details was not possible. For example, there was mention of a waterfall on this trip, but we never saw one. The itinerary also mentions "seeing" the UN Building in Geneva. We would not have seen it, if I didn't request to. And we didn't get to enter the building or the grounds. We did a drive by! So I guess I'd advise you to read the itinerary very closely and don't read into what's written. The specific stops and sites should be more clearly listed.

Barcelona to Zurich was fantastic! Great group of people and an excellent guide- Cesar. Really looked out for everyone especially myself and another solo traveller. The group got larger going to Milan with 2 tour guides who had a few disagreements. I felt Milan was very rushed . We could have had less time in Lugano skipped the next stop and stopped in Lake Como as alot of the group wanted to go . We were then changed again for Pisa with another guide who was also very good. A bit disorganised in Rome but I had a good 5 hours free. Lots of new friends made! Thankyou again to Cesar for making the first half of the tour enjoyable for everyone on the bus 😊
