I wouldn't go on a trip that has two languages. We feel we missed many things as the guides were explaining in Spanish and by the time they got to English the thing they were talking about was 2 miles down the road. Loved Beatrice. She was fantastic and took good care of us. You guys are lucky to have her. Other than the language issue, we thought the trip was great!

I won't travel with your company again. It seems that you sold my trip to Europamundo. When you say we visit a list of cities I didn't realize some of the cities were going to be an overnight stop and that was it. There was no time to explore the city. I won't go on a larger tour like this again. The accommodations varied to poor to average. Some of the hotels the air conditioning didn't work and half of the lifts didn't work. We changed guides during the trip. Some of the guides were good and others were not very informative. My Spanish isn't that good, but I could tell that the Spanish speaking travelers were receiving a lot more details about the cities and country side we were traveling than the English speaking travelers. At one point they separated us and put the Spanish group on another bus. It was all around a weird situation culturally. This was my first tour and I know now what I want to experience on a tour in the future.

Really want to comment on the last leg of our tour, which was Ireland. Our guide was exceptional, extremely knowledgeable on Irish history recent and past. Genuinely interested in what the travellers were interested in and what they wanted to get out of their experience. In addition he demonstrated accountability and a duty of care to all aspects of the trip. Can not thank him enough and could not thank him enough. Thanks to Jose.

My trip was England, Scotland and Ireland ending in Dublin. This was an amazing trip I am so pleasantly satisfied with Europamundo. Our tour was in Spanish and English and part also in Portuguese. Although our guides were Spanish-speakers they did a great job at translating and making sure that the English-speakers understood and were involved Belen, one of our guides was excellent, there were a couple of instances where some travelers were being difficult and she handled the situation like a complete professional. This made me so much more at ease and comfortable, knowing that we had a mother-hen was very comforting. I will definitely use Europamundo again on my next adventure

    1. Very first day of check-in at our first hotel no sign of our tour guide, no notice at the front desk and when we asked the hotel staff at the front desk if they had any information and they did not. We finally received information for the next morning, after 10pm at night from hotel staff, not tour guide. 2. It is a bilingual tour, I do not know a second language and I do not know how hard it is to translate, but it seemed like more time was spent with the Spanish translation. 3. Very fast paced tour, just because it is listed on the itinerary does not mean you will actually see it in person - might be from a bus window. 4. Not enough time in the towns/cities or stopping in a town/city and the stores/restaurants were not open or going to close 5. Some rooms were not central to the town/city, making it hard or not able to explore after you were done with your tour.
