- ANina· March 9th, 2023Anna and Vesilli were personable, super organized, kind and genuine. Totally love Anna- super funny too. Then we went to Crete and never met anyone. No one showed up to get us. we had to call and then they said would come as they did not read their emails on flight change the day before. Tour next morning did not do all described and ended within an hour instead of 2 hours. we were basically on our own in Crete and even made sure we had someone getting us to take to airport. - ACaroline· March 4th, 2023Anna was wonderful but once I landed in Crete for the 3 night excursion I don't have positive things to say. The tour leader in Crete didn't bother to read the email about the change in flights so no one was waiting for us, transport had to be called and didn't arrive for 30. The group leader had the wrong information on which people had signed up for the optional excursion on Sunday and seemed really confused. The only way we knew the guide on Saturday would meet us at 9:30 was because Anna told us in the bus, nothing was posted in the lobby. The guide seemed like she was in a hurry to get rid of us. She walked US to the Venetian walls, took about an hour, and left us. I was under the impression she was supposed to provide an actual walking tour.
